Commercial water damage in Mission Valley

These photos show the result of extensive category 3 water damage at a private business in Mission Valley. In this case, the company contacted their insurance company who had referred SERVPRO of Mission Valley to handle the mitigation work needed, and we were onsite within an hour. 

The damage to this property could have been much more severe, as a fire sprinkler defaulted and flooded the building over a weekend, so had someone not come in that day to check things out, it could have been a lot worse! 

We worked very closely with the managers of the building as well as staff to discuss the plans and help organize temporary office space and temporary restrooms, as the office area of the building was completely saturated with water.
