Atmospheric River Drops 10.1 Inches of Rain in San Diego County

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the atmospheric river deluge this February set records for rainfall in parts of southern California when 10.1 inches of rain fell at Palomar Observatory northeast of San Diego, and more atmospheric river conditions are predicted for San Diego County in the coming months.
